Varna Mall is one of the first shopping and entertainment centres in North-eastern Bulgaria. It was opened in 2008 and has offered a variety of leisure time, shopping and entertainment activities suitable for all age groups for twelve years already.

With its location close to Varna Airport and Varna Bus Station, on the main road for Sofia and on two of the busiest boulevards – “Vladislav Varnenchik” and “Hristo Smirnenski”, Varna Mall offers quick and easy access to the city centre and to the popular summer resorts – Golden Sands, Riviera, Sts. Constantine and Helena and Albena.

 One of the largest hypermarkets in the city – Kaufland, is located just a few meters away from Varna Mall.
The total floor area of the centre is 70 000 m2, which is distributed into 4 levels above the ground and 3 underground levels. Varna Mall has a total number of 760 underground parking spaces plus another 200 parking spaces at the spacious external parking lot, which is easily accessible from two boulevards.

There are more than 100 sites operating in Varna Mall on a total area of 33 000 m2, including:

- Arena Cinema with 8 cinema halls, including LUXE – RealD Experience and Premium;
- kids’ entertainment centre Capella Play with the restaurant “Capella Fresh Food & Pizza”;
- fast food restaurants and coffee and sweets shops;
- children’s, men’s and women’s clothing shops, shops for shoes, souvenirs, cosmetics, jewellery, fashion and IT accessories;
- Techmart home appliances hypermarket, show rooms of “Ralitsa” furniture shops and Sharp;
- Subra pharmacy, Opticlasa eyewear, Vision R hairdresser;
- Orange Center book store;
- “Energy” fitness and sports centre, “The Mirror” dance school;
- “Palms Bet” gaming hall;
- offices of two banks: Raiffeisen Bank and First Investment Bank, a currency exchange office, telecommunication services and other services.

The offices of Sitel, Interservice Uzunovi and Varchev Finance, with more than 400 employees in total, are also located on the territory of Varna Mall.

The unique indoor Market in the shopping centre is located at level -2. This is where artisan bread and snacks, a variety of wines and spirits, coffee and tea, herbs and super foods, fruit, vegetables, honey and other bee products are offered by cosy shops arranged in an atmosphere of an old city square. Every Saturday the Market of Varna Mall hosts a Farmers’ Market offering natural foods and cosmetics from local producers.

The comfortable setting in Varna Mall offers visitors a calm and refreshing atmosphere during the hot summer days and warm cosiness during winter.

Some of the most popular Bulgarian performers and artists have had special performances on the stage of Varna Mall. Over the years, the citizens and visitors of Varna have been regularly attracted to the shopping centre because of the various concerts, theatre performances, animation for kids, sports events, moto gatherings, car and drift demonstrations, dance performances and other themed festivals and fashion shows organized there.

After the Covid-19 pandemic imposed a new lifestyle and restricted social contacts to a minimum, Varna Mall introduced additional cleaning, hygiene, disinfection and public order measures. The algorithm of the disinfection measures at the public areas is strictly complied with on the territory of the shopping centre and all inspections by Varna Regional Health Inspectorate and the other district and municipal controlling authorities have been performed with an “excellent” assessment of the level of safety in Varna Mall.
